Have an incoming kindergartener? Kindergarten Bus Safety Day is a fun, hands-on event designed to help your child feel confident and prepared to ride the school bus for the first time.

All sessions will take place at the RSD Transportation Office, located at:
245 SW Rimrock Way, Redmond, OR 97756

Choose from one of the following session times:

Tuesday, August 26 at 10 AM

Tuesday, August 26 at 2 PM

Wednesday, August 27 at 6 PM

During the event, students will learn how to safely cross the street near a school bus, practice safe riding habits, and explore the inside of a real bus. Our friendly transportation staff will be there to answer questions, guide your child through key safety steps, and help make the experience fun and memorable.

This is a great opportunity to ease first-day nerves and help your child start the school year with confidence.
