We are so fortunate to have this opportunity here at Lynch the week of November 3-7th.  The forms went out with students a couple weeks ago and some of you have responded that you are interested in your child potentially having dental work evaluated and possibly completed.  Those parents have received packets and should get them back right away.  If you missed the initial forms, there is still time to sign up your child.  Simply return the interest form as soon as possible and Nurse Debbie will make sure you get a packet to fill out.

The Tooth Taxi will be here at Lynch starting next Monday, November 3rd. If you have a packet that still needs to be turned in, please do so asap. That way we have a true number for the providers.
