Monster Dash/Upcoming Events
Monster Dash is just around the corner. Coming up this Friday, Oct 31st!! Just a reminder that 3rd-5th grade students will run from 10-11am and Kg-2nd will run 12:45-1:45. You are welcome to come join your student on the track for laps and on the sideline to cheer them on.

~$50 in pledges-staff vs. student dodgeball game

~$125 in pledges-pizza party and limo ride off site
There are also prizes given at each run for the scariest, funniest and most creative costumes but we ask that there be No masks, No fake blood, No weapons. Prizes are awarded for top boy/girl lap runners at each run, as well as 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Top boy and girl pledge earners and top class pledge earner.
Monster Dash envelopes have started to come in and you can return them to school with any pledges collected. Per lap and any money not collected by Friday, will be tallied and sent back with the student to collect. Donors are able to pay any balance due either online or by cash or check. For the first time, our PTO has arranged for Tom's Traveling Coffee Truck to come visit for our Monster Dash events. Drinks will be available for purchase.

Daylight Savings is this weekend. Sunday, November 2nd, please turn your clock BACK one hour.
Picture Retakes are Tuesday morning, November 4th. The priority is to get pictures taken of students that were absent on Sept 26th (original picture day) or students that have joined Lynch since that date.

- Any student wishing to have a retake should bring their original picture package to exchange for the retake image.
- When an order is placed online, the parent/guardian will receive a camera pass via email. This can either be printed or texted to the student and brought to picture day. The photographer will photograph the printed camera pass along with the student.
- If a student is not able to print their camera pass, that is not a problem. We will match up the student to their order manually in the production process.
- A parent may order from the flyer up until 24 hours after picture day. After 24 hours, the online ordering access may close. This will allow our imaging team to "Pull" all orders submitted and match them with the students photographed.
- When pictures are returned to school, all students that purchased pictures will receive their prepaid package. Any student that was photographed but did not order a package, will receive a "Proof" (PX) of their picture that was taken on picture day.
All proof packages offer parents a second opportunity to order prints. All orders are subject to shipping and handling costs of up to $8.50 and will be shipped directly to home.

Monster Dash Online Donations:
I am getting some reports about confusion of the online donation site.
People wanting to donate enter the amount, student name and teacher then hit the donate button. The amount then appears in the cart. Click on the cart button and that should take you to the payment page where you can follow the prompts.
If anyone is still having problems, please have them call the office at 541.923.4876 and we will help get them through the process.
